Leon is a national fencing champion and coach. He won the British u20 Nationals a year later and traveled around Europe to represent Great Britain. Leon was then selected for the British Senior team and represented England in the 5 nations team event which they won. Another highlight of his career was winning the British team championships twice. His students have gone on to compete internationally for England, Great Britain and some have become British champions.
